Step 2Space-SpaceSelect a Partner Bike Shop

Remember to bring your Application form with you when visiting the Bike Shop and fill out the required details with the Bike Shop Assistant in the store.

NOTE: The Bike Shop you choose must be from one of our partner bike shops. Failure to do this will result in your application being rejected.

Step 3Space-SpaceReturn to this website and submit your Application online

Once submitted, your quotation will be reviewed by the person elected to manage the Bike to Work account in your company and if approved will be forwarded to Bike to Work for processing.

Step 4Space-SpacePrint off and complete the Purchase Agreement

This is an agreement between you and your Employer for the Provision of a Bike and Cycle Accessories under the Cycle to Work Scheme. Your application will not be approved until your HR department have received this Purchase Agreement

Your job is done, now sit back and wait for your Bike To Work Voucher to reach you. Once received you can return to your Bike Shop and redeem
your voucher for your Bike. We will keep you informed at all stages of the process and will provide you with a link to track the progress of your order.
